Recycle your Bicycles event was Huge Success!

Go Green Glencoe with Working Bikes (www.workingbikes.org) collected about 60 bicycles at our Recycle Your Bicycles event on Saturday, November 15. Thank you to all the people who donated your bicycles to this worthy cause! Also, thanks to the Glencoe Park District, School District 35, Glencoe Village, and all the people who helped make this an outstanding event.

North Branch Trail Opening

On Saturday, September 13th, sixteen Go Green Glencoe bike enthusiasts rode from the Glencoe train station to the Botanic Garden on the new North Branch Trail addition for the opening day festivities. Although the weekend started out chilly, it turned out to be a perfect day for a bike ride on a fantastic new bike trail!
